1．Gifts
For gift certificate orders, the gift certificate number and tracking number of the goods will be directly e-mailed to you. We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
2．Payment
JBO accepts your payment through PayPal and World Pay. User may use most major cards, such as American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa through World Pay. We do not accept international wire transfers, checks or money orders. About payment deadline, please follow PayPal or each credit company's rules that you used.
3．Cancel an order
JBO strives to process the order immediately after , so you can receive the goods promptly. Once you click the "Purchase" button at Checkout, we begin to process the order. Once the order has proceeded to "Processing" status, we are unable to accept the cancellation. If the order has processed and shipped, please follow normal return procedures outlined in above and Terms of Use to receive a refund of the cost of goods.
