Return Policy
General
JBO accepts the return and exchange both of damaged and unwrapped goods. If you discover any primitive defect and inferiority of the goods, we will accept the return of the goods and will exchange for new ones. You shall return the goods within three (3) business days after the goods are delivered.
If the return is a result of our error (you received the incorrect or defective item, etc.) or damaged at delivery, you will receive full refund plus the return shipping costs. If the return is for your own personal reasons, we will refund eighty percent (80%) for your payment and you will endure the return shipping cost with the same insurance coverage.
When you return the goods,
attach both of them with the goods to be return. All items should be returned with adequate packing materials to insure they are not creased or otherwise damaged in return shipment. After receiving the goods, we will send the proper or alternative one or, if there is no alternative, refund all your payment.
Please note that we can only process a refund after the goods have been received with these forms. We are not responsible for the lost of returns.
Specific
Some items (such as jewelry, electronics and made by order) may have special return policies. We will notify you of such goods on the website or User can ask JAPANBRANDONLINE Customer Support.
Refunds
Once we receive and process the returned goods, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect to receive the refund within four weeks after we receive the returned package at the Customer Service section.
